Dear customers! Our company takes care of you and your equipment, so we strongly recommend that in order to maintain the stable operation of the equipment, remember the operating conditions and comply with the warranty conditions. If one of the following points is not observed, the customer's warranty ceases to be valid!
Warranty Cases memo:
- The equipment must not be subjected to mechanical damage;
- Self-opening of the equipment is prohibited;
- The rules of transportation of the equipment must be observed (the equipment must be transported in boxes, fixed and packed with a soft protective layer; the equipment is allowed to be transported/rearranged/moved only in a cold state!);
- The equipment is not allowed to be used in an immersion bath (except in cases when the immersion bath was purchased from waymorr and the equipment underwent all the necessary training);
- The client's equipment should not be placed in special cabinets (It is especially not recommended to clamp the equipment from the sides, since equipment with a power of more than 3 kW overheats and burns power supplies);
- It is not allowed to operate the equipment in a dirty room (there are signs of dust or dirt);
- The temperature conditions of the equipment operation must be observed (the room operating temperature should not exceed 35 degrees, the relative humidity level at a room temperature of 25°C should not exceed 60%, the room should have a good ventilation system);
- It is forbidden to change the firmware of the equipment yourself;
- It is recommended to connect the equipment to the 220V network without voltage drops;
- Only suitable power cables should be used, following the following rule: "the higher the consumption, the thicker the wire" (it is required to use 2.5mm for 4kW; 1.5mm for less consumption);
If, within 6 months from the date of receipt of the equipment, malfunctions corresponding to the case of warranty repair have been detected and the warranty conditions have not been violated, it is recommended to contact our service immediately by writing to us by mail!
